Our matcha comes from Aichi Prefecture, specifically Nishio – a region known worldwide for its exceptionally high-quality matcha. Perfect conditions prevail here: a mild climate, nutrient-rich soil, and a centuries-old tea tradition.
What makes it so special?
In Nishio, the tea leaves are traditionally shaded before harvest. This helps them develop the intense umami flavor that makes our matcha so creamy, sweet, and round. No bitter aftertaste, but a velvety, almost luxurious experience with every sip.
