Shipping information

We ship your order within Germany and Switzerland. Our products are carefully packaged and delivered in a climate-neutral manner.

1. Shipping countries
Shipping is currently only available to the following countries:
- Germany
- Switzerland

2. Delivery times
– Germany: 2–4 working days
– Switzerland: 2–3 working days

Delivery times may be delayed in exceptional cases (e.g. holidays or high order volumes).

3. Shipping costs
– Shipping is **free** to both countries, regardless of the order value.

4. Customs & Taxes
– For customers in Germany: All prices include VAT. **No additional customs fees** apply.
– For customers from Switzerland: Shipping takes place within Switzerland, there are **no customs or import costs**.

5. Shipping confirmation & tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with a confirmation and, if applicable, a tracking link with which you can track your order
